Bunbury campus offers courses in a wide range of industry areas and many courses have flexible study options to suit a variety of work and life situations to help you get that qualification you want.

The extensive infrastructure at the Bunbury campus allows for the delivery of engineering, applied science, resources, building and construction trades, hospitality, and personal services. The campus has laboratory facilities, horticulture hot houses and commercial kitchens as well as a fully functional training restaurant, hairdressing, and beauty salons. A purpose-built, state-of-the-art automotive centre provides training in light automotive, heavy automotive and automotive electrics.

Services and Facilities

 The South Regional TAFE Library and Information Services manage access to training resources across the region to assist you meet your academic goals.

Library services are available to all current South Regional TAFE students and staff. Although the library’s main collections are based at the Bunbury and Albany campuses, all enrolled students and staff members of South Regional TAFE are eligible to request any of the resources from the online catalogue, regardless of location. You can access the Library Website here.

Offering a fine dining experience the Epicure Training Restaurant doubles as a training facility for hospitality and commercial cookery students who are required to participate in every aspect of managing the restaurant along with best practice in food and beverage presentation.

Conveniently located on the Bunbury campus. Fully licensed and renowned for service excellence, it is open to the public throughout the school term.

There are well-appointed hairdressing and beauty training salons open to the public and offers a chance to enjoy the benefits of a full service at a reduced price.

A variety of beauty packages or individualised treatments could suit your personal grooming requirements.

Come in and experience the talents of our apprentice hairdressers and beauty therapy students. Students are fully supervised by experienced lecturing staff.

All students need an ID card which is free and obtained from Bunbury Library. The card will:

  • have your student number printed it on it – required when you log into campus computers and your online accounts
  • serve as a library card for borrowing learning resources
  • allows you to use the campus multi-function photocopiers

Located at the south east corner of the Bunbury Campus near the Automotive Centre is the College Community Child Care Centre. This centre provides fully accredited, community-based child care. The Child Care Centre is committed to providing each child with an environment that values the importance of family and the uniqueness of each child.

The College Community Child Care is a long-day child-care centre available for 0 to 6 year old children and is open to staff, students and the general community.

The Centre is open Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.30am to 5.30pm and is operational 50 weeks of the year with 2 weeks closure over Christmas.
