Margaret River
Training is offered in the areas of horticulture, viticulture and wine making, business, education and children’s services, ageing support, commercial cookery, visual arts and digital media technologies.
The campus offers flexible delivery allowing students to fit study in with their work or lifestyle.
A commercial kitchen with a live works restaurant, a fully equipped winery and a library resource centre with 24-hour access are some of the modern, industry-standard facilities for study, research and recreation.
The Margaret River campus also offers a range of short courses including forklift operation, barista, first aid, evaluate wines and AusChem.

Gather and Feast - A unique market-to-table two-course lunch experience
As part of an innovative cookery program cookery students host a Gather and Feast long table lunch at the Margaret River campus. This allows students to showcase their skills and work with local produce from the region to create an amazing lunch experience.

The South Regional TAFE Library and Information Services manage access to training resources across the region to assist you meet your academic goals.
Library services are available to all current South Regional TAFE students and staff. Although the library’s main collections are based at the Bunbury and Albany campuses, all enrolled students and staff members of South Regional TAFE are eligible to request any of the resources from the online catalogue, regardless of location.
