About Epicure

Epicure is a student-run fine dining restaurant located at South Regional TAFE’s Bunbury Campus, where Hospitality and Cookery students gain hands-on experience in a real-world dining environment. 

With professional service, students manage every aspect to showcase their skills in menu planning, food preparation, budgeting and restaurant operations. Enjoy silver service, delicious meals, cocktails, mocktails and a selection of Australian and International wines, all while supporting our hospitality students. Your feedback could help shape the careers of future chefs in the South West.

Dining Information

  • Dinner bookings on Tuesday and Wednesday only: all reservations are for 6:00 PM
  • Lunch bookings can be made in line with the term schedule
  • Dietary requirements including vegetarian options are available, please notify us when booking via the form below
  • Highchairs available on request
  • Children's menus are available (for children 10 year and under)
  • Full bar service available for dinners (no BYO)
  • Eftpos facilities are available (Debit, Visa, MasterCard)
  • No separate billing
  • Tables can cater to up to 8 guests; larger groups will be seated across nearby tables
  • A $20.00 per person (non-refundable) deposit is required for bookings of over 8 people

Our cuisine is designed to align with the course content that students cover during their training, and our menus offer exceptional value for money.
