When you complete this course, you will be ready for a career in retail cosmetics. You will have the skills and knowledge for the role of Retail Sales personnel involved in a defined range of tasks to sell and demonstrate beauty or cosmetic products. You will follow known routines and procedures and work under direct supervision.

You'll gain the skills and knowledge required to help customers choose beauty products, apply makeup, and skin care products. You'll also learn how to set up merchandise displays, organise stock, use point of sale technology and equipment, and provide excellent customer service.

While studying this course you'll be working practically with applying and recommending skin, make up and nail products.
