When you complete this course you will be ready for a career in Small Business. This qualification is suitable for those establishing a small business who use well developed skills and a broad knowledge base to solve a range of unpredictable problems and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others and have responsibility for the output of others. You will have the skills and knowledge to develop a viable business plan, understand your legal requirements and responsibilities, develop an operational plan and a financial plan, improve your customer service systems and skills and effectively promote and advertise your enterprise. This qualification also covers a vast array of skills used to develop a sound understanding of business requirements in today’s competitive environment.

This course will give you the skills and knowledge of the key principles and practices of entrepreneurship and new business. This course is ideal if you are in business as a sole trader or contractor or are supporting the establishment of a new venture as part of a larger organisation.

This course covers a vast array of skills used to develop a sound understanding of business requirements in today’s competitive environment. 

Time Commitment  You will need to allocate appropriate time to complete this course. This includes attending classes on-site and/or online as outlined in the study mode; and undertake independent study outside of class hours, including private study, assessment preparation, research and complete assessment requirements.
