This qualification reflects the role of individuals working in supervisory and technical specialist positions in civil construction. They perform tasks involving a broad range of varied work activities most of which are specialised and within known or changing contexts. They are responsible for the quantity and quality of their own work, as well as for the output of others. They contribute to the development of technical solutions to non-routine problems.

- Have an interest in leading / supervising civil construction projects.

- Have capacity to lead Risk Management and Work Health and Safety processes.
- Demonstrate sound digital literacy and report writing.
This qualification will provide you with the skills and knowledge for effective leadership and management in the Construction industry. It is ideal for those employed in the civil construction industry in organisations such as local councils, private companies or government infrastructure.
Time Commitment – You will need to allocate appropriate time to complete this course. This includes attending classes on-site and/or online as outlined in the study mode; and undertake independent study outside of class hours, including private study, assessment preparation, research, and complete assessment requirements.
