When you complete this course you will have the skills and knowledge to carry out a range of basic procedural, clerical, administrative or operational tasks that require self-management and technology skills.

Individuals in entry level roles generally work under direct supervision.

This course is suitable for individuals who have not yet entered the workforce and are wanting to develop the necessary skills in preparation for work. You will gain the skills and knowledge to get started in an entry-level clerical or administrative role for a variety of workplaces. You will learn how to carry out a range of procedural, clerical and administrative tasks, Workplace Health and Safety, time-management and communication skills. 

Time Commitment â€“ You will need to allocate appropriate time to complete this course. This includes attending classes on-site and/or online as outlined in the study mode; and undertake independent study outside of class hours, including private study, assessment preparation, research and complete assessment requirements.
