This qualification would suit candidates wishing to work towards becoming qualified for bookkeeping job roles in financial services and other industries requiring bookkeeping support functions.

Computerised accounting units include MYOB and an introduction to XERO.

This course will give you the skills and knowledge of the various roles in the Finance Industry. You will gain essential administration and bookkeeping skills such as designing and producing spreadsheets and business documents, using a variety of Microsoft Office 365 applications, performing financial calculations, and key principles of double entry bookkeeping. You will learn how to use accounting software like MYOB and XERO, to help you deal with finances for a small business or an organisation. 

Successful completion of this course will show potential employers you have the skills required to work as an Accounts Clerk, Payroll Officer, or Accounts Officer. You will also have a sound basis to continue with further studies in the finance or accounting industries.
