Allison Adams: Executive Director of Capability and Partnerships

Allison joins South Regional TAFE with extensive experience in senior executive roles in both the private and not-for-profit sectors. Her most recent position was the Chief People and Culture Officer and Company Secretary for Rocky Bay Limited, with responsibility for Strategy, Work Health Safety and Risk, Human Resources, Organisational Development and Quality. Prior to this she was the global Head of Human Resources for iiNet Limited.

South Regional TAFE Managing Director Blair Marsh complimented her extensive skills-set that aligned with the future direction of the college.

“Allison has successfully led strategy development and implementation including digital transformational and customer experience projects, and brings extensive capability in governance and audit,” he said.

“Her skills and experience will be a significant asset to the college as we continue to enhance the capability of the college and progress our strategic plan.”

Tiana Spencer: Executive Director of Training and Student Experience

Tiana has stepped up from her role as the South Regional TAFE Director of People and Culture, and brings extensive knowledge from her previous experience as both a Regional Campus Manager and Training Manager.

As a current member of the Executive Leadership Team, Tiana is leading the Student-Centred Journey transformation and has been a strong driver of ensuring closer alignment of the Training Service and Organisational Services teams

Managing Director Blair Marsh said that “Tiana is home-grown talent who is passionate about South Regional TAFE and the power of VET, and I am delighted that she will be moving into this important leadership role.”

“Tiana’s breadth of experience across college operations equips her with a deep understanding of both training and other student-facing functions which will help her to build on her current work and deliver on our “student centred” and “regionally connected” priorities.”
