On Wednesday 12 November, teams across the South West, Great Southern and Esperance came together, both in-person and virtually for the annual Staff Awards to celebrate our people.
This year saw an impressive 185 nominations, recognising both teams and individual contributors for their dedication and embodiment of our core values: Collaboration, Innovation, Inclusion, and Integrity.
The ceremony also paid tribute to long-serving staff members, acknowledging their commitment to delivering vocational training and supporting communities across the regions.
The Staff Awards formed a highlight of Staff Appreciation Week, which ran from 10–14 November, reinforcing the importance of recognising and celebrating the people who make our organisation thrive.
