Certificate III in On Country Management Graduation Ceremony

On Thursday, 14 November, the first 18 graduates of the pilot Certificate III in On Country Management course at South Regional TAFE were formally recognised at a graduation ceremony in Geraldton.

South Regional TAFE Managing Director, Blair Marsh, and Director of Training Services for the Great Southern, Lee-Ann Smith, were joined by staff from the Yamatji Southern Regional Corporation, as well as regional officers from the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage and the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions, to acknowledge the students' dedication and achievements.

The Certificate III in On Country Management equips students with the essential knowledge and skills necessary for the effective management and conservation of natural and cultural resources on Aboriginal lands.
