Students gain practical digital capabilities applicable to training or workplace settings and can progress to further study such as Certificate II in Workplace Skills or Certificate III in Business. Completion also prepares learners for entry‑level roles requiring basic digital competence.
Students will learn how to build practical digital literacy skills suitable for training, further study, and entry‑level workplace environments. This includes developing confidence using computers, navigating the internet safely, searching for information online, and applying basic digital practices required in modern settings.
Learners will also develop skills in using business software applications from the Microsoft 365 Suite—such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint—to complete simple workplace tasks, create documents, manage basic data, and operate common digital tools used across a wide range of industries.
