Study Mode On Campus

Learners will gain practical skills in delivering quality customer service and communicating effectively in workplace settings. Through hands-on workshops and guided activities, they’ll learn to identify customer needs, respond professionally, and improve service delivery. The course also builds confidence in written, verbal, and non-verbal communication, helping students engage clearly with colleagues and clients. These two units may be credited towards a Certificate III in Business.
