Do you want to learn how to:

• Safely setup music studio equipment for recording
• Prepare and record music demos in consultation with relevant personnel
• Create a headphone mix for performers
• Contribute to the development of an appropriate recording plan
• Work with others to agree on a method of and format for final recording
• Record, mix and finalise at least two basic music demos
• Capture sound sources according to agreed recording method.
• Collaborate with others to prepare basic recording plans and achieve positive results.

Time Commitment:

You will need to allocate appropriate time to complete this course. This includes attending live online classes Thursday 9:30am-11:30am. (which are recorded), as outlined in the study mode; and undertake independent study commitments outside of class hours, including private study, preparation and practice, assessment preparation, research and complete assessment requirements.
