To make an informed choice about the suitability of this course, please consider the essential skills and knowledge below. You must:
- Be willing to learn and practise using a computer, tablet or smartphone.
- Be able to participate in classroom activities delivered in plain English.
- Have basic reading and writing skills to follow instructions and complete simple learning activities and reflections.
- Be prepared to use internet browsers, search engines and introductory AI tools as part of learning activities.
- Be able to organise information and complete practical research-based tasks.
- Be able to follow instructions and follow Work Health and Safety procedures.
Time Commitment: Delivered over five afternoon sessions of 2.5 hours each. This course blends face‑to‑face instruction with structured self-paced learning. Our small class sizes support learners, ensuring personalised guidance as you build confidence using computers, accessing online resources, and navigating AI applications.
