In this course you will learn the skills and knowledge to:

  • Work within organisational policies for document control and work health and safety when planning and completing work.
  • Develop template spreadsheets and automate for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Design and format documents for readability, useability, and longevity.
  • Import and export data from spreadsheets.
  • Reviewing, error checking, and amending data where applicable.
  • Create graphs and charts for efficient data analysis.
  • Resolve issues within the scope of own job role.
